Which you'll use to log in to NatGenAgency.com, the policy management system for managing your National General business
User ID must be unique and meet the following requirements:
  • Email address is acceptable
  •                     OR
  • Minimum six characters containing two letters
  • May contain these characters (. - _ @ + ! # $ * / = ?)

Password must meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum sixteen characters and can be a passphrase
  • Cannot contain your User ID
  • No more than four repeating characters (Ex. AaAa, aaaa)
  • May contain these characters (. - _ @ + ! # $ * / = ?)
